Customer Success Engineer

TL;DR

Customer Success Engineer (Cloud HPC): Deliver trusted technical advisory for named hirify.global customers and drive successful deployment, onboarding, training, and ongoing support of cloud HPC solutions with an accent on migrating workloads from on-prem to the cloud and enabling digital transformation. Focus on solving complex customer infrastructure and workflow challenges, coordinating with internal architects and product management, and presenting highly technical topics clearly to enterprise users.

Salary: $110K–$150K on-target earnings (equity offered)

What you will do

• Own the technical relationship with named customers and act as a trusted technical advisor.
• Lead technical activities across deployment, lunch & learn sessions, user training, and support.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects to plan and execute successful deployments.
• Analyze customer technical needs, infrastructure, operations, and workflows; onboard new customer workflows and expand usage.
• Help customers define and execute digital transformation strategies to migrate workloads from on-prem to the cloud.
• Present hirify.global solutions at conferences, user groups, and webinars; provide feedback to Product Management to improve the ScaleX platform.

Requirements

• U.S. Person eligibility requirement.
• 2+ years of software, hardware, or cloud experience in a customer-facing role.
• B.S. in engineering, computer science, math, physics, or equivalent.
• Strong customer obsession and empathy in solving customer problems.
• Ability to understand and work with HPC environments and customer infrastructure.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of enterprise cloud, hardware, or software technical experience.
• Knowledge of HPC disciplines (e.g., CFD, FEA, molecular dynamics, weather forecasting, computational chemistry, reservoir simulation, media rendering, ML).
• Experience with HPC simulation software (e.g., ANSYS, Siemens, Dassault Systèmes, COMSOL, OpenFOAM, LAMMPS, GROMACS, NAMD, etc.).
• Experience with enterprise customers in verticals such as aerospace, automotive, life sciences, oil & gas, semiconductor/EDA, or federal sector.
• Understanding of HPC schedulers, IaaS, and scripting languages used for deployment.
