What you will do

• Oversee daily operations, cleanliness, and organization of the San Francisco headquarters.
• Champion a hospitality-first culture for employees, candidates, and visitors.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding, office tours, and welcome materials.
• Manage workplace vendors, building maintenance, and facility services.
• Plan and execute employee engagement events, celebrations, and company programs.
• Partner with HR, IT, and Finance to support office initiatives and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Office Management, Workplace Experience, or Hospitality.
• Strong hospitality mindset with a passion for creating welcoming environments.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience coordinating vendors, facilities, and office operations.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and workplace collaboration tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
