Space GNC Co-Op (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and enhance engineering solutions for Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GN&C) problems.
• Implement non-real-time simulations and perform simulation-based analysis to define system requirements.
• Develop and maintain high-fidelity, 6-Degree-of-Freedom (6-DOF) dynamic simulation models of vehicles.
• Conduct stability analysis, guidance and control law development, and navigation accuracy assessments.
• Generate and present technical test reports including plots, tables, and evaluation criteria.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited full-time undergraduate or graduate degree program in Engineering, Math, or Physics.
• Must be a US citizen.
• Familiarity with C/C++, Python, MATLAB and/or Simulink.
• Understanding of 6-DOF Spacecraft Dynamic Modeling and Simulation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
