What you will do

• Apply first-principles methodologies to eliminate waste, scale self-service, and simplify complex operational processes.
• Identify systemic engineering and operational defects and drive permanent preventative solutions at scale.
• Design and own lean data frameworks to surface critical signals across the customer journey and internal operations.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to prioritize high-impact solutions and eliminate non-essential work.
• Lead end-to-end complex projects with aggressive timelines and tight feedback loops.
• Establish scalable knowledge systems by codifying best practices and pruning outdated documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, or a STEM field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, manufacturing, or consulting.
• 3+ years of experience with Excel, SQL, and Python.
• Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
• Availability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or dual background in engineering and business/economics.
• Proficiency in C# or other programming languages for analysis and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Six Sigma and lean process improvement methodologies.
• Proven track record of influencing senior leaders and mentoring small project teams.
