Location: Onsite in Los Angeles, CA. Must be a U.S. Person (Citizen or Green Card holder) for ITAR compliance.

Salary: $140,000 - $175,000 + equity

What you will do

• Establish the work center for the manufacture and assembly of the first Pumped Fluid Loop.
• Drive DFM efforts with design teams to optimize architecture for scalability, quality, and cost.
• Develop comprehensive manufacturing plans and build flows for satellite fluid systems.
• Deploy advanced manufacturing technologies and automation to increase production rates.
• Collaborate with technicians to resolve nonconformances and implement corrective actions.
• Create capacity models and ramp strategies to support rapid program growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace, mechanical, electrical, or computer engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
• Proficiency with CAD software and interacting with CAD models.
• Experience qualifying components through vibrational and thermal testing.
• Hands-on experience assembling fluid systems and leak testing methods.
• Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience or exposure in test or automation roles.
• Proficiency in Python and/or Rust.
• Experience with functional testing of pumps and accumulators.
