What you will do

• Apply lean principles and process mapping to scale customer experience, logistics, and supply chain processes.
• Identify operational issues and develop root-cause solutions for immediate and long-term mitigation.
• Develop data analysis tools using SQL and Python to monitor internal operational performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and marketing to create effective feedback loops.
• Manage projects to aggressive timelines and support new product or feature rollouts.
• Codify knowledge and maintain documentation for internal and customer-facing systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science).
• 2+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, manufacturing, or consulting.
• 2+ years of experience with Excel, SQL, and Python.
• U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency (Green Card), refugee, or asylee status required for ITAR compliance.
• Available to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Nice to have

• Experience with Six Sigma or related process improvement principles.
• Proficiency in statistics, data analysis, and data visualization.
• Experience with programming languages such as R or JavaScript.
• Ability to execute complex projects independently.
