Location: Remote (Global). Working hours must overlap with EST for at least 20 hours/week

Salary: $83,600 – $167,200 USD (Starting base salary depends on location zone)

What you will do

• Lead product prioritization and planning across multiple engineering teams, acting as the bridge between EPD, revenue, and marketing.
• Translate customer problems and fragmented feedback into clear product requirements, specifications, and success criteria.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, guiding features from early experimentation and beta to general availability.
• Conduct deep customer discovery and interviews to identify underlying problems and distinguish individual requests from market needs.
• Collaborate with Marketing and GTM teams to ensure successful product launches and market positioning.
• Establish scalable systems for product discovery, feedback management, pricing, and packaging.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, including experience within early-stage companies or startups.
• Professional software engineering experience or substantial hands-on coding experience.
• Proven track record of building technical products for developers or other highly technical users.
• Strong understanding of software development workflows, Git, source control, and modern developer tooling.
• Ability to maintain substantial working-hour overlap with the Eastern Time (EST) zone.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact credibly with both engineers and executives.

Nice to have

• Experience building products involving AI agents, coding assistants, code generation, or LLMs.
• Background in code search, code intelligence, compilers, IDEs, or large-scale code transformation.
• Experience working with large enterprise customers and complex software organizations.
• Ability and desire to contribute directly to a production codebase.
