Location: Must be based in the UK; hybrid role requiring attendance at the Eastleigh office twice a week with occasional travel to Reigate and Glasgow.

Salary: £80,000–£90,000

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end workplace technology vision, ensuring a modern and secure employee experience.
• Translate business strategy into a coherent workplace roadmap aligned with productivity and engagement goals.
• Lead the development and optimization of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and endpoint management strategies.
• Govern IT asset management, including lifecycle planning, software licensing, and cost optimization.
• Champion user-centric design principles to remove friction and improve colleague satisfaction.
• Manage strategic partners and suppliers to ensure high-quality service delivery across all locations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK to support hybrid working arrangements.
• Significant experience in a senior IT leadership role (Head of IT, IT Director, or equivalent).
• Extensive experience leading digital workplace or end-user computing services in enterprise-scale environments.
• Proven track record in managing Microsoft 365 ecosystems and modern collaboration platforms.
• Strong experience in IT asset management, governance, and reporting against service-based metrics.
• Demonstrable success in leading cultural or operational service transformations.
