Bilingual Implementation Specialist (Insurance)

Location: Montreal, Québec, Canada

Salary: CAD 61,221–76,526 per year, plus eligibility for performance-based incentive programs.

What you will do

• Oversee new corporate group business implementation projects and ensure operational requirements are met.
• Manage the end-to-end implementation process using effective practices and client-focused solutions.
• Track project changes, risks, issues, and actions while communicating updates to stakeholders.
• Act as a key contact for external clients, Client Services teams, and internal operational departments.
• Analyze proposals and prior carrier contracts and translate requirements into hirify.global Blue Cross specifications.
• Ensure timely delivery, quality outcomes, and a strong customer experience.

Requirements

• University or college diploma; insurance qualifications such as LOMA or CEBS are an asset, or willingness to obtain them.
• Three to five years of experience in group health, dental, life, and disability insurance.
• Project management or comparable analytical experience is strongly preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite; MS Project experience is an asset.
• French and English bilingualism is required for daily collaboration with teams and partners across Canada.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, judgment, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Strong understanding of the group insurance and benefits industry.
• LOMA or CEBS insurance qualifications.
• Experience with MS Project.
