Senior Implementation Manager (AI Personalization)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Base pay: CAD$80K–$104K annually; OTE: CAD$96K–$125K, potentially including a bonus.

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end implementation and launch of new clients on the Studio and Da Vinci platforms.
• Act as the primary point of contact and project manager, coordinating clients and internal teams through launch milestones.
• Understand client data, business goals, and program requirements to implement scalable email and mobile messaging use cases.
• Design custom technical solutions in partnership with developers, engineers, architects, and product owners.
• Train clients on the platform, promote implementation best practices, and resolve launch issues.
• Configure and thoroughly QA campaigns before launch while supporting client goals and KPIs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of account, project, or implementation management experience.
• Hands-on experience with mobile messaging platforms and strong knowledge of SMS and MMS; push experience is highly valued.
• Proficiency with HTML, JavaScript, APIs, and other technologies underpinning the modern web.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex topics to multiple audiences while managing competing priorities.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, technical affinity, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
• Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies.

Nice to have

• Experience with email service providers, cloud-based data warehouses, data lakes, and ETL processes.
• Experience with push messaging platforms.
