What you will do

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to uncover IAM requirements and map current-state processes.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, process flows, and design diagrams.
• Maintain the requirements traceability matrix to align business goals with technical outcomes.
• Partner with technical architects to translate requirements into actionable technical specifications.
• Execute change management plans and create user training documentation for go-live support.
• Facilitate structured hand-offs to customer account teams after the hypercare phase.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, analysis, and enterprise project/program delivery.
• Demonstrated expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and best practices.
• Ability to synthesize complex technical specifications for non-technical stakeholders and achieve consensus.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Location: Must be based in the USA (Hybrid in Chicago).

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Okta's WIC/CIC and Auth0 platforms.
• Relevant certifications such as Okta Certified Professional/Administrator/Consultant or CBAP.
• Familiarity with AI-driven documentation tools to accelerate scoping and requirements gathering.
