What you will do

• Interpret, clarify, and refine business requirements and product backlogs.
• Design and validate technical solution options with developers and Product Owners.
• Write technical specifications, user stories, and complexity estimates.
• Analyze banking processes and translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Lead requirements, process definition, and solution design sessions with stakeholders and end users.
• Ensure software quality through automated functional, integration, user acceptance, and production testing.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of banking experience, ideally focused on card issuing within a bank.
• Experience with Worldline or another card processor and with APIs such as CABI or AMS API.
• Knowledge of payments, financial messaging protocols, provider management, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Understanding of ITIL processes, microservice architecture, self-contained systems, relational databases, Oracle, and SQL.
• Experience working in agile and non-agile projects, with a technical background and the ability to read and understand code.
• English is required; German is an advantage.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SEPA, SWIFT, ISO 20022, and SWIFT MT/MX.
• Experience with automation frameworks.
• Completed studies in business informatics, business administration, or an equivalent field.
