What you will do

• Execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, QA testing, and scheduling.
• Assist with the setup, monitoring, and basic optimization of paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads.
• Perform on-page SEO tasks, keyword tagging, and landing page updates via WordPress.
• Pull and organize campaign performance data into regular reports to track key demand gen metrics.
• Coordinate full logistics for in-person events, trade shows, and webinars, including vendor management and registration.
• Collaborate with Content and Demand Gen managers to ensure alignment in messaging and timing.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related internship.
• Comfort working with data and reporting basics using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational skills and clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to travel for 1-3 in-person events or trade shows per year.
• Must have existing work authorization; no sponsorship or relocation assistance available.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with HubSpot, WordPress, Canva, or Google Ads.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude) to improve workflow efficiency.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
