What you will do

• Lead visual direction for the editorial program, creating headers, charts, and photo composites.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to ideate and deliver weekly visual assets.
• Translate complex financial concepts into clear, scalable, and expressive visual designs.
• Refine strategic insights to enhance the creative development process.
• Adapt visual expressions across digital, video, and social media channels.
• Mentor creative teammates to uplevel overall design craft and educational content approach.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US or Canada
• 3+ years of experience as a visual designer in an agency, studio, or in-house team.
• Strong foundation in digital creative including layout, typography, and color.
• Experience with experimental production techniques such as collage, 3D, or illustration.
• Ability to adapt consistent visual expressions across multiple media channels.
• Experience working collaboratively on a timely content program with a recurring cadence.

Nice to have

• Technical motion production skills using After Effects.
• Effective usage of AI tools to illustrate concepts or final assets.
• Direct experience working with a content team.
• Background in finance, investing, or macro-economics.
