What you will do

• Develop visual concepts and campaign systems for product launches and marketing initiatives.
• Design creative assets for web, social media, paid campaigns, and app stores.
• Build and maintain reusable design templates, libraries, and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure consistent storytelling across all channels.
• Brief and direct external freelancers and motion specialists for specialized project needs.
• Design high-impact materials for events, merchandise, and internal communications.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in brand, visual, or graphic design with a strong portfolio.
• Exceptional craft in typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Proven ability to extend established identity systems beyond basic template application.
• Experience applying brand systems across diverse formats including digital, print, and events.
• Professional proficiency in English is required.
• Ability to own projects from concept through delivery with a collaborative, low-ego approach.
