What you will do

• Own the visual brand expression and storytelling across all surfaces where users interact with the platform.
• Translate complex AI systems and educational ideas into intuitive, engaging, and legible visual narratives.
• Lead design projects from initial concept through to final production-grade assets.
• Collaborate closely with the team to collect and share stories from educators and students.
• Build and curate creative tooling and workflows, including those leveraging AI, to increase production efficiency.
• Manage the last mile of design delivery, ensuring high-quality output across print, web, and motion.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience with a strong foundation in graphic design.
• Expertise in visual communication including brand, editorial, campaign, and web design.
• Technical fluency across print, web, and motion design tools.
• Proven ability to lead design projects and collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team.
• Strong production skills with the ability to take files to final output independently.
• Genuine interest in education and learning environments.
