What you will do

• Architect, develop, and optimize scalable C++ systems ranging from engine improvements to platform-specific tools.
• Lead complex technical initiatives to identify and resolve performance, memory, and stability issues.
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs to maintain the quality and reliability of a large-scale live service game.
• Ensure consistent feature delivery across PC and multiple console generations.
• Collaborate with Technical Directors to align technical solutions with the project vision.
• Mentor programmers and promote best practices across the development team.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in game development with a track record of shipping AA/AAA titles.
• Expert-level proficiency in C++ including software architecture, multithreading, and memory management.
• 2+ years of recent experience working with Unreal Engine.
• Strong generalist skills with the ability to lead complex technical initiatives.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for mentoring and cross-disciplinary work.
• Experience with multiplayer or live service games is a strong asset.
