What you will do

• Monitor complex production environments using advanced NMS and RMM platforms for uptime and hardware health.
• Triage and resolve alerts related to last-mile routers, firewalls, servers, and connectivity.
• Troubleshoot VPN, DNS, DHCP, routing, and access control issues using documented runbooks.
• Perform recurring system health checks, firmware status reviews, and patch audit tasks.
• Maintain technical documentation, client network diagrams, and Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs).
• Assist with initial responses to security alerts via SIEM and firewall logs.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a NOC, help desk, or managed services environment.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including IP, routing, VLANs, NAT, and ACLs.
• Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: Fortinet, Cisco, or Palo Alto.
• Familiarity with RMM/NMS tools such as PRTG, Zabbix, ConnectWise, or LogicMonitor.
• Experience managing ticket workflows in Jira or ServiceNow.
• Must be based in the US; immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.
