What you will do

• Build and operationalize complex data solutions, including transformations, data cleaning, and quality solutions.
• Design, support, and expand the Databricks cloud data platform to enhance business performance and functionality.
• Develop robust data transformation pipelines using dbt.
• Lead a squad of contractor data engineers by refining requirements and planning delivery.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for application and infrastructure.
• Optimize database performance and evaluate new technologies for optimal solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Databricks, dbt, and modern cloud data lakehouse technologies.
• Proficiency in data engineering using SQL and Python.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical teams in Agile Scrum ceremonies.
• Must be based in Atlanta, GA.
