Marketing Analytics & Business Intelligence Manager

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; 3 days a week in the office

What you will do

• Develop and enhance market and competitive intelligence across crops, geographies, and product segments.
• Monitor competitor pricing, product launches, registrations, promotional strategies, and retail channel performance.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analyses using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and related tools.
• Translate analytical outputs into commercial recommendations for marketing, sales, portfolio, pricing, and go-to-market decisions.
• Coordinate qualitative and quantitative market research, including pre-launch assessments, pricing elasticity, and customer studies.
• Present insights to senior and regional leadership and support strategic planning and budgeting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing intelligence, business intelligence, market research, or data analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, forecasting, and modeling techniques.
• Ability to translate complex data into commercially relevant insights and deliver executive-level presentations.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a matrix organization.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Experience in agriculture, chemicals, or industrial markets.
