Business Intelligence Manager (Power BI)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power BI dashboards, data models, calculations, KPIs, and self-service reporting solutions.
• Modernize legacy SAP Business Objects/Web Intelligence reports into interactive Power BI dashboards.
• Analyze operational and executive-level data covering sales, traffic, conversion, ticket, exam volume, managed care, product mix, store productivity, and field performance.
• Translate business requirements and complex analyses into recommendations that improve sales, margin, customer experience, productivity, and operational performance.
• Lead user acceptance testing, validation, deployment, troubleshooting, and reporting operations during the Power BI transition.
• Partner with field, corporate, data, analytics, and IT stakeholders while supporting adoption, governance, documentation, and the reporting migration roadmap.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, information systems, computer science, analytics, statistics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or related disciplines.
• Advanced Power BI Desktop, DAX, Power Query, data modeling, visualization design, SQL, and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with data warehouses, enterprise reporting environments, end-to-end reporting delivery, UAT, and production deployments.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, communication, stakeholder management, executive presentation, and business storytelling skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and build relationships across departments and organizational levels.

Nice to have

• Experience in a public-company environment requiring strong accuracy, governance, documentation, and executive visibility.
• Experience with SAP Business Objects/Web Intelligence, Azure Data Platform, Databricks, semantic models, or cloud analytics environments.
• Experience in retail, optical retail, healthcare services, consumer, or other multi-unit business environments.
