What you will do

• Manage program business and financial performance from proposal through closeout.
• Execute earned value management (EVM) and report program-level financial performance.
• Develop financial forecasts and long-range plans to guide decision-making.
• Collaborate with central and program personnel on new system implementations.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and communicate results to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or hold a US security clearance.
• Strong desire for continuous learning and effective teamwork.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Tableau, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Cobra, SAP, and Oracle.
• Understanding of FP&A (LRP, CSR, OSEC) and Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Experience conducting Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis and managing cost baselines.
