What you will do

• Build, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve complex Excel models for project budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking.
• Consolidate and reconcile financial data from multiple sources, track budgets against actuals, and investigate variances.
• Create charts, dashboards, reports, and PowerPoint presentations that communicate financial trends and project performance.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
• Partner with program managers, finance colleagues, and engineering teams to validate assumptions and refine models.
• Automate recurring reporting tasks, streamline data workflows, and perform ad hoc financial analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, pivot tables, and complex model auditing.
• Working knowledge of PowerPoint and basic accounting principles, including debits, credits, accruals, and financial statements.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, time management, and communication skills.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience, including internships, with exposure to financial analysis or project accounting.

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other charting and business intelligence platforms.
