Software Development Engineer II (Fintech)

Location: Seattle, WA, USA. In-office expectation of at least 50% of the time monthly (typically 3 days a week).

Salary: $144,000–$180,000 (base)

What you will do

• Develop new partner integrations for global pay-in and pay-out networks across 170+ countries.
• Leverage AI tools for coding, testing, and documentation to increase delivery velocity and maintain correctness.
• Build scalable, observable, and resilient solutions within a cloud-based architecture.
• Collaborate with PMs and global Operations teams to solve customer-facing technical problems.
• Mentor new hires, conduct code reviews, and write technical specifications.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience building, shipping, and maintaining consumer software products.
• 2+ years of experience with commercial cloud providers, specifically AWS.
• Proficiency in Java, GoLang, or other general-purpose languages.
• Experience with large-scale databases (MySQL, DynamoDB) and monitoring systems (Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics).
• Must be based in or able to work from the Seattle office at least 50% of the time.
