What you will do

• Architect and build advanced Salesforce and cloud-based applications to solve complex business challenges.
• Lead technical direction, mentor developers, and foster a culture of engineering excellence.
• Design and implement automated CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and Git.
• Develop product features for data marketplaces, mobile, web, and API services.
• Optimize data architecture, database queries, and indexes to ensure product performance and scalability.
• Integrate AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) into daily workflows to improve efficiency and insights.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Arlington, TX.
• No employment sponsorship available (including H-1B, TN, L1, and OPT visa types).
• 2-4 years of professional experience in software development.
• Deep proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Proven experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Automotive Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security models, and REST/SOAP APIs.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related Engineering field.
• Experience with Salesforce Shield, SonarQube, or Checkmarx for security and quality.
• Knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, Postman, or JMeter.
