What you will do

• Define the vision and strategy for the fulfillment data domain, treating it as a product with clear North Star metrics.
• Own the canonical fulfillment lifecycle model, including events, entities, and relationships.
• Design and maintain a metrics architecture that provides operational, performance, and cost-to-serve views.
• Build governed, trusted data products that support analytics, direct query, and machine-learning workloads.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, and data science teams to ensure data foundation reliability and scalability.
• Drive adoption and change management for data products, ensuring they deliver measurable business impact.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (no visa sponsorship available).
• 7+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or data-product teams.
• 5+ years of experience owning data or analytics products.
• Deep familiarity with modern cloud data-warehouse/lakehouse architectures and modeling frameworks.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to explore metadata, lineage, and quality independently.
• Proven ability to build multi-quarter plans and communicate trade-offs across complex initiatives.
• Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter for team gatherings.

• Experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, or marketplace domains.
• Familiarity with AI-powered data platform patterns and semantic layers.
• Experience building on top of governed enterprise data platforms.
