What you will do

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processes, including reconciliations and accruals.
• Direct general ledger account reconciliation and ensure data accuracy across the organization.
• Design and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls (SOX-aligned).
• Prepare and present financial reports and analyses for executive leadership and external stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop a team of accounting managers and professionals.
• Partner with Finance leadership on business planning and operational priorities.

Requirements

• CPA certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with team leadership.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Workday preferred).
• Experience with job cost accounting and inter-company accounting.
• Strong communication skills for advising senior leadership.
