What you will do

• Own and execute operational projects end-to-end, from initial prototype to company-wide implementation.
• Build the systems, tools, and automations that optimize internal business operations.
• Analyze operational data to provide actionable insights for leadership decisions.
• Solve complex, ambiguous problems to bring order to high-stakes business challenges.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and leadership teams to understand company operations.

Requirements

• Builder mentality with a preference for prototyping over planning.
• Proficiency in using AI tools daily to increase productivity and speed.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with comfort handling data.
• Ability to be self-taught in technical tools and a high attention to detail.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• Must be available to work on-site in London 5 days a week starting November 2, 2026.
