What you will do

• Maintain data accuracy and hygiene within Salesforce and Kantata PSA systems.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and stale records across operational platforms.
• Automate manual, repetitive processes using AI tools to improve turnaround times.
• Support weekly staffing and resourcing reporting based on system data.
• Ensure integrity of revenue and margin data for project engagements.
• Manage contractor governance cycles, including SOW tracking and compliance workflows.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, systems administration, or data-focused roles.
• Direct experience administering Salesforce or PSA tools like Kantata/Kimble.
• Strong interest in leveraging AI tools for process automation.
• High attention to detail regarding margin, contract, and compliance data.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recurring workstreams.
• Must be based in London.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with UK contractor/IR35 regulations.
