What you will do

• Perform physical and technical tests to identify defects and investigate component failures to improve yield.
• Execute electrical validation and fault isolation to find physical defects associated with failures.
• Set up semiconductor processing equipment and monitor, audit, and provide guidance to line operators.
• Perform failure analysis and use x-ray scanning electron microscopy (xSEM) to image architecture.
• Document findings and recommend modifications to equipment or processes to improve results.
• Create, modify, and troubleshoot the flow of material through the factory using in-house software.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a Technical Area (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics Technology, Material Science, or comparable field).
• Minimum 1+ years of hands-on lab and/or manufacturing experience or a Technical Certification.
• Must be able to work on-site in Hillsboro, Oregon.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with sample preparation using FIB/SEM.
• Experience with Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) operation.
