What you will do

• Provide world-class support for Semiconductor Test Products to ensure high system uptime.
• Collaborate with field and engineering teams (SW and HW) to resolve technical issues and escalations.
• Identify root causes of failures and generate reliability reports based on field data.
• Partner with design engineering to implement design for serviceability (DFS) in new products.
• Develop Field Replaceable Unit (FRU) strategies and technical support documentation.
• Project manage field upgrades and coordinate training for field service engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (MFG/ME/EE), with a preference for Electromechanical.
• 0-2 years of professional experience.
• Must be local to North Reading, MA (no relocation available).
• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Basic understanding of mechanical design drawings and electrical schematics.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and create detailed documentation.
