  • Lead cross-functional root-cause investigations spanning lithography, deposition, etch, wafer bonding, and release/stiction failure modes.
  • Build and govern yield models and define statistical process control (SPC) limits and escalation criteria.
  • Drive end-to-end yield ramps for new products, including FMEA, risk reduction, and control plan authoring.
  • Direct failure analysis strategies using SEM, FIB, TEM, and profilometry to inform engineering decisions.
  • Mentor junior engineers and serve as the primary technical authority and escalation point for the fab.

  • Strong expertise in statistical process control, reliability, and failure analysis.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

Nice to have

  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
  • Experience with RF MEMS, inertial sensors, photonic integrated circuits, or microfluidic devices.
  • Prior people-management or dotted-line technical leadership experience.
  • Knowledge of MIL-STD-883 test methods for DoD programs.

Culture & Benefits

  • Workplace flexibility and support for work-life balance.
