What you will do

• Resolve complex technical escalations by diagnosing root causes and coordinating factory resources.
• Lead troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and process issues across PSP wet process platforms.
• Provide expert technical support during installations, upgrades, and NPI deployments.
• Perform failure analysis on returned components and partner with engineering on corrective actions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and service advisories.
• Act as a factory liaison during design reviews to represent customer feedback and serviceability needs.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or be able to work from Horsham, PA.
• Technical degree: Associate's (7+ years exp), Bachelor's (5+ years exp), or Master's (3+ years exp) in a technical field.
• Proven experience supporting high-tech capital equipment with integrated mechanical and electrical systems.
• In-depth understanding of semiconductor wet process systems (clean, strip, etch, liftoff).
• Ability to travel up to 30% (domestic and international).
