Map Product Analyst I (Autonomous Vehicles)

Location: Hybrid role, must be able to work from an hirify.global office at least 3 days per week (Bozeman, Coppell, Livonia, Louisville, Mountain View, Pittsburgh, San Francisco, or Seattle).

Salary: $72,000 – $108,000 per year.

What you will do

• Execute root cause investigations into operational inefficiencies and process bottlenecks.
• Synthesize qualitative user research and session evaluations into actionable reporting.
• Collaborate with Engineering to provide technical feedback on automation tools and resolve validation gaps.
• Conduct quality reviews to uncover error patterns and mapping discrepancies.
• Establish evaluation frameworks and KPIs to assess product deployment impact.
• Design and execute A/B tests to inform product priorities and process improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in operational analytics, quality assurance, or process improvement.
• Demonstrated experience in root cause analysis for large-scale workflows.
• Proven experience with user research methodologies like focus groups or user acceptance testing.
• Proficiency in SQL for independent data extraction and analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting analytical findings.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) or mapping operations.
• Background in the autonomous vehicle industry.
• Experience managing third-party vendor workforces.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) certification.
