EWM SAP IT Engineer (ERP)

EWM SAP IT Engineer (SAP/ERP): Designing and implementing technical solutions for enterprise applications with an accent on SAP EWM, product roadmapping, and system scalability. Focus on leading development teams, optimizing supply chain and logistics processes, and managing end-to-end S/4HANA implementations.

Location: On-site in Wilton, CT, US (Flexible arrangement up to 2 days remote per week). Must be work authorized in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

What you will do

• Own and manage the application and product roadmap aligned with business priorities and IT strategy.
• Lead business requirements analysis and process modeling to define "as-is" and "to-be" states.
• Co-design scalable, data-driven enterprise applications in collaboration with architects and cross-functional teams.
• Lead the development, implementation, and support of SAP/ERP enterprise solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, including oversight of development quality, peer reviews, and mentoring.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex incidents and drive root cause resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in application development or enterprise systems.
• Deep functional and technical expertise in SAP/ERP systems, specifically SAP EWM.
• Proven experience in technical leadership roles within application development projects.
• Experience supporting business domains such as manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain.
• Legal authorization to work in the US without employer sponsorship and eligibility to access controlled technology per US Export Administration Regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, including at least one end-to-end implementation.
• Experience with global deployments of enterprise systems.
