What you will do

• Build, install, and troubleshoot complex computer and network systems independently and as part of a team.
• Perform in-factory and on-site racking, cabling, system configuration, and verification.
• Test and troubleshoot computer hardware and network connectivity issues.
• Document all processes, procedures, and work performed thoroughly.
• Assist local technical support and repair engineers with complex deployments.
• Travel up to 60% to support various site locations.

Requirements

• US citizenship required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in service installation of CAT6 and fiber cables.
• Hands-on experience building or repairing compute servers.
• Familiarity with data center environments.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
