Salary: $120,000 – $170,000

What you will do

• Serve as the primary executive point of contact for car rental clients, building trusted relationships with decision-makers.
• Define and own the overall account strategy, including engagement plans and value roadmaps to grow and retain accounts.
• Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery of solutions and commitments.
• Identify opportunities for additional deployments and build action plans for expansion.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews to monitor customer health and influence strategy.
• Travel to customer sites to support onboarding and system training activities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing major Enterprise Accounts, preferably within major car rental companies.
• 5+ years of experience leading managers or Team Leads in high-growth environments.
• Proven track record of scaling Customer Success organizations and driving retention and expansion.
• In-depth understanding of the Automotive, Dealership, Fleet Management, and Logistics landscape.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in CRM reporting and customer health metrics.
• Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
