Salary: $75,000 - $85,000

What you will do

• Conduct targeted business development to expand the client base with financial institutions, developers, and attorneys.
• Provide Project Management for environmental and construction-related due diligence reports, tracking schedules and invoicing.
• Perform technical site visits, historical and regulatory research, and report preparation.
• Execute technical QA/QC reviews for due diligence reports.
• Prepare detailed project proposals and budgets.
• Mentor junior staff within the Phase I ESA and Property and Construction Risk Services team.

Requirements

• BS or BA in an environmental discipline.
• 5 to 8 years of experience with Phase I ESAs, Transaction Screens, and RSRAs.
• Experience completing construction-related due diligence, including property condition assessments.
• Detailed knowledge of ASTM standards (E1527, E2247, E1528, E2018).
• Exceptional technical writing skills and ability to manage multiple project deadlines.
• Must be able to work on-site in New York and travel throughout the region, including periodic overnight stays.
