What you will do

• Lead SOC and Infosec teams to ensure 24/7 continuous monitoring, alert triage, and threat hunting.
• Coordinate responses to active security incidents, breaches, and cyber threats.
• Establish Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and provide regular security posture reports to the CISO via automated dashboards.
• Evaluate, implement, and optimize security monitoring tools including SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and threat intelligence platforms.
• Enable continuous control monitoring and compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, or CMMC regulations.
• Design and lead tabletop exercises, manage purple/red team drills, and direct emergency response strategies.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
• 15+ years of experience in information security, security operations, or technology risk management, including proven leadership.
• 5+ years of program and project management experience, covering budgeting, staffing, and resource management.
• Deep understanding of network security, cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), and attack surfaces.
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related technology discipline.
• Ability to translate complex cyber concepts into actionable language for C-suite executives and the board of directors.
