What you will do

• Define and execute the enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy and global governance frameworks.
• Lead cyber risk management, including the identification and prioritization of risks using NIST and ISO 27001 frameworks.
• Oversee the global Security Operations Center (SOC), incident response planning, and breach investigations.
• Drive enterprise strategies for Identity & Access Management (IAM), data protection, and encryption.
• Manage the global cybersecurity budget and build a high-performing security organization.
• Ensure compliance with global regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and SOX.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity or IT risk management.
• 7–10+ years in leadership roles managing global security teams.
• Proven experience implementing NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, and Zero Trust frameworks.
• Strong background in regulatory compliance (GDPR, SOX, CCPA).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or Information Technology.
