What you will do

• Manage and supervise multiple teams of engineers and technicians.
• Oversee the design and checking processes for transmission projects.
• Ensure all engineering applications comply with industry codes and standards.
• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor department staff.
• Resolve technical issues between design teams, construction managers, and customers.
• Travel periodically to customer offices and active job sites for project meetings and construction visits.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Extensive design experience in overhead and underground transmission systems.
• Proficiency in PLS CADD, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Must have a clean driving record for company vehicle use.
