What you will do

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment, including lift trucks and production test equipment.
• Install, start up, and shut down equipment following OSHA and company safety procedures.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and proactively identify potential electrical or mechanical hazards.
• Install and relocate warehouse racking as required.
• Maintain detailed performance and maintenance records for identified equipment.
• Train and assist other maintenance team members to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and/or pneumatic fields.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools and a working understanding of building trades and codes.
• Experience operating forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Spindale, NC.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and push/pull up to 50 lbs.

Nice to have

• Trade licenses in plumbing, electrical, or similar areas.
• OSHA training certification.
• Experience with machining, welding, or plasma cutting.
• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Ability to communicate in Spanish.
