What you will do

• Layout and mark reference points on perforated or mesh screen material.
• Assemble components using arbor presses, riveting presses, brazing, and resistance welding machines.
• Perform spot welding on components.
• Participate in Kaizen activities and problem-solving initiatives.
• Maintain area housekeeping to meet environmental and safety standards.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of basic mathematics.
• Ability to read blueprints and use tape measures.
• Capacity to follow routine instructions and make safe judgments.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in St Pauls, NC.
• Successful completion of background checks and pre-employment testing.

Nice to have

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Previous experience with welding or cutting.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
