What you will do

• Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of assemblies and components to ensure quality and compliance.
• Verify product dimensions against ASME production drawings and established requirements.
• Observe and document air and hydrostatic testing procedures and compare results against quality standards.
• Prepare, maintain, and file inspection records and generate nonconforming material reports (NMRs).
• Investigate and resolve process-related quality issues to maintain production standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote safety, efficiency, and productivity.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically with welding, metal fabrication, or assembly operations.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply ASME production drawings and technical documents.
• Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and inspection tools.
• Basic mathematical proficiency, including working with fractions and decimals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience with ASME fabrication inspections.
