What you will do

• Manage a defined portion of the provider network, building and maintaining strong relationships with clinics.
• Participate in provider contract negotiations and rate discussions, managing difficult conversations independently.
• Support provider escalations and complex issue resolution to ensure timely outcomes.
• Define, track, and analyze partnership and network KPIs to inform leadership decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve clinic workflows, partnership processes, and the end-to-end member experience.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of partnership data and documentation across core systems.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S. or Canada
• 2–4 years of experience in partnerships, account management, or related roles with negotiation exposure.
• Demonstrated understanding of fertility clinic practices, patient journeys, and office operations.
• Strong knowledge of medical billing and coding, particularly within fertility care.
• Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce or Airtable to manage partnerships.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment while leveraging in-person opportunities.

• Prior experience in the fertility industry or healthcare provider setting.
• Proficiency in business tools such as Google Sheets, Google Docs, Zoom, and Jira.
