What you will do

• Lead analysts delivering fraud, payments, and operational performance analytics.
• Own complex, high-visibility analyses and manage stakeholder timelines and deliverables.
• Apply forecasting, classification, anomaly detection, and other advanced analytical techniques.
• Review models, analyses, dashboards, and reports to ensure accuracy, quality, and readiness for stakeholders.
• Coach and develop analysts while managing workload, priorities, and team resources.
• Collaborate with risk, payments, product, data engineering, and governance teams to improve data quality and analytics solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics or relevant data and business analysis.
• 1+ years of experience managing and coaching analysts, data scientists, or data engineers.
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, or another highly numerate discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Required: SQL and Excel; experience with Databricks SQL, Delta Lake, Notebooks, BI tools, and Tableau.
• Ability to communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders, influence decisions, and manage multiple complex projects.
• Must be based in New York City or work from the United States with hybrid office flexibility.

Nice to have

• Python or R proficiency.
• Experience in fraud detection, risk scoring, payments analytics, operational analytics, or financial risk.
• Experience in gaming, fintech, financial services, sports betting, or online gambling.
