What you will do

• Develop and validate email/SMS marketing audience definitions and provide campaign tracking support.
• Partner with marketing, analytics, and IT teams to connect data points across B2B and B2C journeys.
• Design and maintain dashboards to monitor full-funnel engagement across digital properties.
• Extract and synthesize reports from Salesforce, GA4, and internal data warehouses.
• Track performance pacing against goals and measure effectiveness across persona segments.
• Benchmark performance against industry standards to identify optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Minneapolis, MN for monthly onsite meetings.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Marketing Data Analyst role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, PowerBI, or Tableau.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, GA4, and GTM.
• Experience with data warehouse platforms like Snowflake or AWS.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Data Studio or Salesforce Einstein.
• Knowledge of sFTP systems like WinSCP or FileZilla.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Asana.
