Salary: Starting at CAD 335 per day.

What you will do

• Manage daily camp, housekeeping, and catering operations at an assigned remote site.
• Lead, train, schedule, and address performance matters for camp staff.
• Maintain health, safety, cleanliness, food quality, presentation, and inventory standards.
• Coordinate client communication, room bookings, special requests, and service concerns.
• Manage payroll, occupancy, staffing levels, expenses, project budgets, and operational reporting.
• Troubleshoot minor maintenance issues and complete administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience working in remote camps.
• Exceptional oral and written communication, leadership, listening, and customer-service skills.
• Valid Food Safety certification required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Office 365, SharePoint, and Excel.
• Acceptable Criminal Records Check and successful completion of drug and alcohol testing required.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs and perform extended periods of standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, repetitive hand work, and overhead work.

Nice to have

• Valid First Aid Certification.
• Education in Food and Beverage or Hospitality Management.
