Location: Remote camp setting in Canada, with travel to site provided from designated locations in Thunder Bay, Winnipeg, and surrounding areas. Work follows a 3-weeks-on/3-weeks-off rotation and may include nights, weekends, weekdays, and public holidays.
Salary: Starting at CAD 335 per day.

What you will do
- Manage daily camp, housekeeping, and catering operations at an assigned remote site.
- Lead, train, schedule, and address performance matters for camp staff.
- Maintain health, safety, cleanliness, food quality, presentation, and inventory standards.
- Coordinate client communication, room bookings, special requests, and service concerns.
- Manage payroll, occupancy, staffing levels, expenses, project budgets, and operational reporting.
- Troubleshoot minor maintenance issues and complete administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience working in remote camps.
- Exceptional oral and written communication, leadership, listening, and customer-service skills.
- Valid Food Safety certification required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Office 365, SharePoint, and Excel.
- Acceptable Criminal Records Check and successful completion of drug and alcohol testing required.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs and perform extended periods of standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, repetitive hand work, and overhead work.
Nice to have
- Valid First Aid Certification.
- Education in Food and Beverage or Hospitality Management.
