What you will do

• Own end-to-end relationships with enterprise customers to increase adoption and ensure high retention and satisfaction.
• Act as a strategic advisor to help customers meet business objectives and optimize their supply chain operations.
• Conduct quarterly Executive Business Reviews to review goals, track progress, and identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to identify white-space and develop upsell opportunities within the customer base.
• Advocate for customer needs cross-departmentally and manage account escalations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management at a SaaS company working with enterprise customers.
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced, growing environment.
• Strong drive for efficiency and quality-focused problem solving.
• Ability to travel 10% or more of the time.
• Based in Chicago, IL.
