What you will do

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to design intuitive digital experiences for Business Banking.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes that clearly communicate design intent.
• Participate in customer interviews and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Produce clear design specifications and collaborate with engineering during implementation.
• Contribute to and maintain the company design system for consistency across products.
• Identify usability issues and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the Atlanta office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in Product or UX Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving and visual/interaction design fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Figma, including wireframing and component libraries.
• Ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.

Nice to have

• Exposure to fintech, banking, or regulated industries.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Experience conducting usability testing or customer research.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
